Niagara Investment Guide – Email Marketing Campaign

The Problem: The client was looking to start their own lead generation process to find people interested in investing in real estate in the Niagara region.

The Solution: A campaign was implemented that started with print ads that would be displayed in local newspapers and magazines, which would drive traffic to a landing page where users could download a free real estate guide to the Niagara region by opting into a web form with their email and other personal information. From there the client personally reaches out to the warm leads and develops a relationship.
